We also have the latest in diagnostic tools to help expedite your repairs. We know that time is money and the sooner we have you back in service the better it is for your business.

Kansas City Peterbilt is committed to serving our customers by utilizing the new quick-service assessment program implemented by Peterbilt Motors Company. Rapid Check will provide customers experiencing a possible mission disabling situation the information they need to effectively manage their business within 2 hours of check-in.

  • Accurate Service Write-up (Critical component for Rapid Check to be effective)
  • Expedited diagnostic assessment from one of our Rapid Check Assessment technicians
  • Prompt Communication at all stages of the repair
  • Prepare a repair estimate (including parts availability and warranty status)
  • During the 2 hour Rapid Check process we will do everything possible to complete the repairs
  • In the event the repair cannot be completed in the initial 2-hour window, you will be updated as to what can be done and when
